Joe couldn't believe it was happening. As a little boy, he had dreamed of travelling to space. The unexplained silence of an emptiness surrounded by life and planets and stars and things beyond human comprehension. The spacesuit contoured around him snug, heavy and with gadgets he could barely recall as he kicked off the side of the space ship. The weightlessness was somehow even more unfamiliar to him than inside the shuttle. Here, he could look below him and feel incredibly, inexplicably small. To think in the past, Man had never dreamed of going past the clouds, and here he was in the vacant pathways to milkyways. A shiver ran down his spine; it was impossible to contain his excitement. A nervous laugh surfaced from his lips, and then a gasp of shock. Inches from his face, on the screen of his helmet, were several pink petals. B-but how? This was space, there wasn't a plant! How was this scientifically possible? What in the world would explain this? A rare creature known as the Cali flew across his vision with a laugh and a puff, defying the laws of gravity and nature. With a fart as loud as a lion's roar, the elusive Cali zipped off toward earth, leaving a trail of petals in her wake.
He had just been panda pooted.
